    • Sudded Soaps is a handcrafted bath and body brand designed to turn your daily routine into a soul-soothing, skin-loving ritual. From whipped soaps to nourishing butters and dreamy bar soaps, everything we create is made with intention, love, and luxury.

 

  • 🧼 Are your products handmade?
    • Yes! Every product is lovingly handcrafted in small batches by our co-founders, Thandia & Noah. We mix, whip, pour, and label everything by hand — right down to the last swirl.

 

  • 🌿 What ingredients do you use?
    • We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and plant-based cleansers. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free, and we never use parabens or harsh detergents. Check each product description for a full ingredient list.

 

  • 🚫 Are your products tested on animals?
    • Never. We love animals too much. All of our products are cruelty-free.

 

  • 🤔 What's the difference between whipped soap and regular soap?
    • Whipped soap is a fluffy, creamy cleanser that feels like a mix between lotion and body wash. It lathers beautifully, doubles as a shaving cream, and leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized. It’s a soft girl essential.

 

  • 🧴 How long will my products last?
    • Our whipped soaps and body butters typically last 2–3 months with regular use. Keep them in a cool, dry place and avoid letting water into the jar for best results.

 

  • 📦 How long does shipping take?
    • Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking info. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days depending on your location. We currently ship within the U.S.

 

  • 🧾 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us at hello@suddedsoaps.com within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

 

  • 🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
    • Absolutely! You can leave a note at checkout for gift messages, and we offer special wrapping options during holiday or seasonal promos. Our gift kits are perfect for birthdays, self-care packages, or “just because.”
